I found certain aspects lacking. the in-room fridge was not functional. It also had a noticeable odor. i reported this, and the receptionist's response seemed curt. storing my medication became an inconvenience as i needed to use the concierge's fridge.

the staff displayed amazing friendliness right upon my arrival. i did not need to state my disability. the staff were clued in and this. the grounds include lovely garden walks, which i found appealing. there is a great spa available for relaxation.
breakfast service experienced inconsistencies, as kitchen ran out of irish breakfast items one morning, and waiting time exceeded half an hour another day
